[Iiiiit's morning! Inspekta decided maybe it was better not to go and see Faith right after the trial. Didn't feel right, plus, well. He had other worries.

He's here today, though, bearing breakfast cupcakes. Baked last night by Cappy, of course.]

Heeeeey, Faith. Yew bizzy?

[Faith once again answers her own door, looking put together but slightly tired.]

Not yet, Sir Inspekta.

[She looks over the cupcakes, conflicting emotions crossing her face.]

Am I to take it that you are joining the number of people refusing to take the wiser path of avoiding me?

Oh. Ohhh, is this it? The bit where we have tha little back-'n-forth, where yew try ta push people away an' I ignore it?!

It's been a while since I've done that!

[He's literally just setting the cupcakes down on her desk. They are not an optional part of this meeting.]

[Night of, Roman’s knocking on the door to Faith’s office.]

[There's a significant pause before the door opens. Maybe that's deliberate, maybe it's just late. Either way, Faith is very carefully put together when she opens the door.]

Sir Roman.

[He walks in, this time not even bothering to sit down.]

Since you know everything about me, apparently, I don't need to tell you what this is about.

But how does she know?

Week 3, Friday

[ At some point, Shannon does take a step away from the little gathering she organized.

It's to go see Faith.

She knocks on the door, with Vincent's leash in hand. ]

[Faith opens the door, looking tired but less utterly dead on her feet compared to the aftermath of the first trial. Behind her, books seems to be rearranging themselves on the shelves of her office.]

Lady Shannon. How are you holding up?

[ After the arduous trial of Monopoly, Sunrise is going to knock on Faith's door. ]

Lady Sunrise.

[Faith is wearing a heavy leather apron and gloves as she answers the door, pushing a pair of darkened goggles up to her forehead.]

Is everything all right? ...did Sir Neil or Sir Inspekta become ill from ingesting that much paper-?

[Ah... it's been too long, hasn't it? Kanade had spent some time with Faith after the... cake incident, but she hasn't really had any one-on-one time with her. She doesn't really have anything to ask (... well, there is one...) but...

... Faith is nice. And she's sure all of this is starting to wear down on Faith, too. Maybe she'd appreciate a distraction...]

... Faith-san? Are you busy?

[Faith opens the door herself, leather apron over one arm, a small smudge of grease on one cheek.]

Oh, Lady Kanade. No- well. Always. But you take precedence. Please, come ine.

Week 5, Tuesday

[ Later in the day, Sunrise is knocking on Faith's door again when her rummaging through the workshop doesn't turn up with anything useful. ]

[Faith is less obviously busy as she answers the door this time, a book under one arm.]

[She looks tired as she opens the door.]

[She has the brief, haunted look of someone who suffered 3am spam, badly prepared.]

But I appreciate it nonetheless.
