[There's a significant pause before the door opens. Maybe that's deliberate, maybe it's just late. Either way, Faith is very carefully put together when she opens the door.]

[He walks in, this time not even bothering to sit down.]

Since you know everything about me, apparently, I don't need to tell you what this is about.

But how does she know?

[She shuts the door behind him. This is clearly gonna get sensitive, however much she wishes otherwise.]

[He scoffs, roughly running his fingers through his hair with discomfort.]

But how does she know whether that's what killed Dad?

You didn't know about it? Does she not tell you what these fucking incentives are gonna be?

[His tone is distrustful, already guarding himself in case Faith hurls another condescending form of pity towards him.]

[She stops, looking into a spot in the air.]

Tell me. What actually killed Logan Roy?

[He tenses up when Faith asks the question, that moment of getting a call from fucking Tom of all people flashing in his mind.

"Hey, Roman. Uh...your dad's very sick."

There'd been a lot of chaos over the phone: something about Logan being short of breath and going into the bathroom, someone having to break in and now they were doing chest compressions, Tom telling them that he'd put the phone by Logan's ear if there was anything they wanted to say and asking for Shiv. Roman knows he said something then buckled and gave the phone to Kendall, but what did he say?

Did he say he loved him? Was Logan even alive to hear that? Why did Logan start breathing wrong? Had he listened to the message Roman sent? What were the last words his dad heard from him?]

...don't.

[It's all Roman can get out.]

[Faith frowns for a moment, eyes flickering as she stares into space, receiving word Roman can't hear.]

What do you MEAN, it-

[She blinks, looking back to Roman, returning to what passes for reality here.]

What- you don't wish to know?

That's what Solarface wants me to kill over, right? Won't she fucking hex your tongue the minute you try to tell me whether I made Dad's chest explode?

[His eyes can't fully hide just how much he's wondering what that reaction Faith has is about. His efforts to keep a hand busy and scratch at his scalp feels a bit more anxious.]
