[As the door opens, Faith moves away from her workbench, on which sit- a low tray of dirt? That's probably nothing.]

I did also want to thank you for the fwies Sir Inspekta shared. They were quite excellent.

[Capochin blinks, pausing halfway through the door with a plate of something fried]

Oh! 'Spek brought you some'a his fwies?--FRIES? [he looks pleased about that, and her praise of them]

Well, if ya liked those, wait until ya try some'a these! [he'll move the rest of the way in, presenting that plate of deep fried various vegetables: mushrooms, zucchini, broccoli, onions, and sweet potatoes.]

[She's mostly just glad the fryer seems to be working as intended, but the sudden introduction to deep fried snacks is an unexpected bonus.]

Spek won't eat 'em because he ain't big on veg, but I like 'em.

The saltiness of the batter offsets the sweetness and heat of the onion amazingly well.
